If you encounter a 404 Page Not Found error, or a blank web page, while using Railinc applications, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
- Open your browser.Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard.
- In the Time Range drop-down, select All time or Everything.
- Select Clear.
- Log in to your SSO account at public.railinc.com.
- Attempt to access your application again.
Step 2: Use an Incognito/Private Window
- Open your browser.Press CTRL + SHIFT + N (for Chrome/Edge) or CTRL + SHIFT + P (for Firefox).
- Log in to your SSO account at public.railinc.com.
- Attempt to access your application.
