View and manage your carrier’s custom publication templates
Steps to Use Custom Templates
- Select “Publications” > “Publications Templates” and open the Custom tab
- Select a template checkbox to enable “View/Edit”, “Clone”, or “Delete” (status‑dependent)
- Download any template using the download icon at the top of the template
