The lessor can send a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to Railinc that grants you the permission to register in FindUs.Rail. If the car owner will allow this, they can send a LOA to Railinc granting you the permission to register in FindUs.Rail.

In addition to registering for shop user for DDCT access, you also will need to register in FindUs.Rail and enter your contact information.
