Remove a Defect Card in Damaged and Defective Car Tracking (DDCT)

Cancel or delete a defect card when appropriate

Steps to Remove a Defect Card

1. Search for the defect card and select the Equipment ID
2. Select “Remove Defect Card”
3. Choose a Removal Reason Code and enter notes
4. Select “Remove Defect Card” again to confirm
5. Select “Done”
