Editing or Changing CIF Records in Customer Identification File (CIF)

This task updates an existing CIF location record

Steps to Edit or Change a CIF Record

1. From the Location Details page, select “Edit/Change”
2. Update required fields as shown on the page
   • Use “SPI” to describe requested changes
3. Select “Upload Documentation” if required
4. Select “Validate”
5. Select “Submit”
