Users with Fleet Manager permissions have the ability to manage storage locations under their mark through the Loading Authority (OT-57) application.
Creating a Storage Location
- Sign in to Launch Pad and open Loading Authority (OT-57).
- From the top navigation bar, select Manage Locations, then choose Create Storage Location.
- Enter a name for the storage location.
- Next to FSAC Station, select the magnifying glass.
- Enter the County and State for the storage location, then select Search.
- From the results, select the appropriate FSAC Station using the arrow under Select Station.
- If results are not visible, use CTRL + minus (–) to zoom out.
- Next to CIF, select the magnifying glass.
- Enter the Customer Name (company name), then select Search.
- From the results, select the correct CIF using the arrow under Select Customer.
- If results are not visible, use CTRL + minus (–) to zoom out.
- Select Save Location to complete the process.
