Scheduling an Insight
Insight schedules allow you to automatically send insight details to selected recipients on a recurring schedule.
Steps to Schedule an Insight
Sign in to https://public.railinc.com by selecting Customer Login in the top-right corner
Open TransmetriQ Platform
Open the dashboard that contains the insight
Select the insight to open the Insight Detail View
Select Schedule (clock icon) in the top-right corner

Configure the schedule settings:
Select the Frequency (Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Select the Start Date and End Date
Select the File Type (CSV, Excel, Excel Grouped)
Select comment inclusion as applicable (External only or Both external and internal comments)
Select the applicable Execution Days
Enter one or more email recipients (press Enter after each email address to enable Save)
Select Save to activate the schedule

Verify the confirmation message and confirm the clock icon displays on the insight summary graph:
Blue clock = active schedule
Black clock = expired schedule
Steps to Manage or Delete an Insight Schedule (Optional)
Open the insight and select Schedule (clock icon)
Update the schedule settings as needed, then select Save
To remove the schedule, select Delete, then Confirm
