Downloading Insight Results
Insight results can be exported for offline reporting, analysis, or sharing with team members.
Steps to Download Insight Results
- Open the dashboard and select the insight you want to download.
- On the Insight Details page, select the Download icon in the top‑right corner.
- Choose your file format (CSV, Excel, or Excel Grouped).
- If prompted, select which comments to include (external only or internal + external).
- The file will download to your computer using your browser’s default download settings.
