Open a specific work order and access header-level actions.
Steps to View a Work Order
- Run a search, then select the “Work Order Key” link in results.
- Use header actions as needed: “Close”, “Reprocess”, “Save”, “WO Errors!”, “Delete”, “Hold”/“Unhold”.
- Select the toggle ( “>” ) in the first column on a repair line to expand and see errors.
- Select “Override” on a repair line error to override.
