Creating (Uploading) a Document
Upload a new document into a folder owned by your carrier.
Steps to Create (Upload) a Document
- Select your carrier-owned folder in “Manage”
- Select “Create Document”
- Select “Choose File” and select the file
- Select a value from “Document Type”
- Add “Division” if a location-specific document type
- Add “Subdivision” optional for location-specific document type - Select a value from “Country”
- Modify “Document Name” if needed
- Enter “Version” if needed
- Select “Submit”
Updating Document Properties
Modify metadata for a document your carrier owns.
Steps to Update Document Properties
- Select “Manage”
- Select your carrier-owned folder and locate the file
- Select the “Update Properties” icon in the Action column
- Edit fields in the pop-up as needed
- Select “Submit”
Replacing Document Content
Replace an existing document file with a new version.
Steps to Replace Document Content
- Select “Manage”
- Select your carrier-owned folder and locate the file
- Select the “Replace Content” icon
- Select “Choose File” and select the updated document
- Select “Submit”
Deleting a Document
Remove a document your carrier owns.
Steps to Delete a Document
- Select “Manage”
- Select your carrier-owned folder and locate the file
- Select the “Delete” icon in the Action column
- Confirm deletion when prompted
