The Last Three Loaded STCC application was developed in conjunction with the National Grain and Feed Association to address provisions of the Food Safety Act concerning "cross-contact" between allergen commodities. Users can search for most recent Standard Transportation Commodity Codes (STCCs) and Waybill Dates from the last three loaded waybills. This application also supports railroad opt-in for Option B where searches for the last loaded STCC are unfiltered and the next 2 loaded STCCs are filtered to show allergens.
Requesting Access
The Last Three Loaded STCC application only has one requestable permission, Last Three Loaded STCC User. Users with as Railinc Single Sign On (SSO) account may request permissions through their Launch Pad. To create an account, go to public.railinc.com > select Customer Login in the top right corner > Need help signing in? > Don’t have a Railinc Account? Create an account now. Below are the steps to request permissions.
- Log in to the Railinc Launchpad.
- Navigate to the 'View/Request Permissions' section in your user dashboard.
- Search or select Last Three Loaded STCC and click the Request button.
- Select the Last Three Loaded STCC User role and input your company's mark. Note users only need permissions under one mark.
- Select Next when the required fields are entered and select Continue to submit the request.
- You will receive request status updates to the email address associated with your Railinc SSO account.
