Users with the Car Hire Rate Neg. User permission have the ability to query default rates on a specific car or car series. Users can also look up the current Car Hire Deprescription Default Rates by Car Type Code.
Searching Default Rates
- Sign in to Launch Pad and open Car Hire Rate Negotiation.
- From the main menu, select Queries > Default Rate. The Default Rate Query page is displayed.
- Select the Query Type.
- Default Rate Query by Equipment (Current Equipment) = Enter Car Initial and Car Number or Range.
- Default Rate Query by Car Type Code (New Equipment) = Enter Car Type Code.
- Select Search and rates will populate.
