To be able to view Subscriptions in Embargo, you must have already created a subscription.
All Embargo Permission roles should have the ability to create Subscriptions or View Subscriptions in Embargo.
View Subscriptions
Use this task to view notification subscriptions for yourself or for contacts and agencies that share your railmark.
Steps to View Subscriptions
- Select “Tools” > “Subscriptions” > “View Subscriptions”.
- Select “Yourself” or select “Contacts/agencies associated with roadmark” and enter the mark.
- Select “Continue”.
- Select the linked Description to open the subscription details.
View Subscription Details
Use this task to open a specific subscription and review its information.
Steps to View Subscription Details
- From the View Subscriptions page, select the linked Description.
- Review the displayed subscription information.
Return to Subscription Results
Use this task to return to the results list after viewing a subscription.
Steps to Return to Subscription Results
- Select “Return” on the subscription details page.
Renew a Subscription
Use this task to renew an existing subscription for a contact.
Steps to Renew a Subscription
- Open the subscription details by selecting its Description.
- Select “Renew Subscription”.
Cancel a Subscription
Use this task to remove a contact from a subscription.
Steps to Cancel a Subscription
- Open the subscription details by selecting its Description.
- Select “Cancel Subscription”.
Edit a Subscription
Use this task to make changes to an existing subscription.
